All students, faculty and staff have access to a pro account at La Salle university. The pro account allows for up to 7 hour meeting times and 300 participants. Your Zoom account can be accessed by logging into the LUNA portal and clicking on tools. All Canvas courses have Zoom available in the canvas course menu. If you don’t see it, you can go to your course settings, click navigation and drag and drop Zoom into your active menu items. Use the course zoom button to create meetings so your students can join right from the course and review recorded course meetings.

To activate your La Salle University Zoom account, log into the mylasalle portal and click the Zoom button in the Tools menu of  or go to https://lasalle.zoom.us and click Sign in. Your main Zoom account allows you to customize your settings, pre-assign break out rooms, manage your recordings and share meeting links with participants within or outside of the university network. You can also add set up meetings in your Canvas course so students can join meetings, view upcoming meetings and view course recordings within that Canvas course. Note that some meeting settings, such as breakout rooms, need to be edited in your main account through the portal. View the video below for a demonstration.
